The 2006 Therapy Season has welcomed a number of wonderful interns from around the globe. The new center has allowed for exciting changes with not only the Therapy Programs and the Marine Science Programs, but the Internship Program at Island Dolphin Care is better then ever. The therapist enjoy teaching interns about various techniques and technologies. And in turn the interns have brought many new ideas to our staff. The relationship couldn't be better.
    In addition to the Therapy interns, Island Dolphin Care has welcomed the first Marine Science intern. A Marine Science internship at IDC involves environmental education and outreach as well as aquarium maintenance.
